In addition to Baggage tracing and Baggage delivery, we also undertake the professional repair of damaged luggage. We assess the luggage and repair it if possible. Our luggage repair partners have decades of experience and offer comprehensive services for luggage made of plastic, aluminium, leather and fabric. Whether a lock needs to be changed, a roller or handle replaced, a dent straightened or a telescope rod repaired, we take care of it.
Most damages can be repaired. Should this not be possible in exceptional cases, the passenger will receive a total loss confirmation from us and a replacement for the destroyed piece of luggage. We can directly procure reliable suitcase and travel bag models from various brand manufacturers.
If the desired case or bag model is not in stock, we will order it at reasonable prices. We will always find a solution that will satisfy your passengers!
